Football is certainly my favorite and the season is quickly coming to a close. Only the bowl game remains and then it will be a very long eight months until next season. Wail! But fortunately basketball season helps ease the pain and this year Dad and I bought season tickets. It's been a blast so far.
Yesterday we went downtown for the BYU v. Oregon game at Energy Solutions Arena. The tickets were part of our season ticket package so the seats, I'm assuming, were assigned at random. When we got there, we quickly found our section and started the long trek down to the row 7 seats. What we didn't expect, however, was that the seats were so far down, that they were folding chairs located pretty much court-side. We were so close that when I yelled, the team could actually hear me. It. Was. Awesome. And it was a great game to boot.

you're such a dork... I miss the BYU games with you and your family. Sitting in the snow and cold and rain and sun... ah, good times. Glad you have basketball to tide you over.
